Very uncomfortable seating position for infants

I was looking for a car seat with Z-shaped handle, and there are very few options out there. I bought this one a couple of months before my baby was due. While everything else with this product is value for money, I find the car seat very upright for a new-born. And as they are not able to hold their necks up, their head falls in towards the chest whenever the car moves forward. The head support provided with the seat is of no use as it creates a very uncomfortable posture for the kid. I am going to return this product.

excellent product and you get alott more than what you pay for.. i bought mine for $100 last christmas but i would have paid at least $130. i love it :)
